Schlock’s Podcast #11 – Storytelling, Moebius, The Shhh, 2000 Ancient Tombs – March 2012

The rush to finish off the podcast is often like this How was your March? Ours, as you can see from this month’s podcast, was well packed. We also had stories on our mind, as both our main discussion and “outside” contributions (from Friends of Schlock Annette and Terry) deal with the topics of storytelling and fiction.

There’s also plenty of music, from newly-formed indie duo The Shh (those slightly versed within the Maltese musical scene will recognise those behind it) and dark ambient outfit 2000 Ancient Tombs. We’re sure you’ll like them as much as we do.

The late, great comics maestro Moebius gets a tribute as well – those not familiar with his oeuvre could do a lot worse than visiting Quenched Consciousness, an excellent blog dedicated to his work.

And to close everything off (well, technically opening but who’s looking for the details?) there’s also the Schlock podcast mainstay, flash fiction from our vaults.

Enjoy this latest podcast, and do let us know what you think on either the comments or through an iTunes review!

Schlock Magazine

So, the Schlock podcast returns. It’s been quite a while, we admit. You see, a retreat was taken, far in the woods. There the Schlock team cleansed, meditated and had simple team building exercises of a violent variety. Was it worth the trouble? No idea really, but a somewhat revamped podcast format was decided upon [...]
